For your project The Kniseley Group has put together a network of professional consultants to provide those services necessary for timely regulatory approval, as well as cost effective land development and building construction. We are committed in assisting you to assemble your land development team essential to the economic success of your project. 

-Land Surveying necessary for property line surveys, topographic mapping, wetland location and construction stakeout

 -Due diligence and feasibility studies

 -Conceptual and preliminary studies to aid in determining optimum land usage including layout and density

 -Zoning: Land use planning assistance including program strategy and community participation with the development team

 -Presentation Graphic Services

-Site/Civil Engineering to include preparation and submission of preliminary plats and final engineering design

-Environmental: Wetland and floodplain mapping and permitting assistance in coordination with environmental specialist and regulatory agencies

-Stormwater management design including consideration of Best Management Practices (BMP’s), Low Impact Development (LID), and Chesapeake Bay Act response where appropriate

-Plan processing to assist in obtaining necessary regulatory approvals

-Construction management including assisting client with bid preparation and review, site cost estimates, engineer’s certification for draw request, VSMP/SWPP preparation and inspections for compliance and inspection of site related items for final record drawings and bond release processing
